How many years have you been training? 20+

What motivated you to train in martial arts? I wanted to learn how to control my emotions and stay calm in an unsteady environment. Boxing has helped me learn many lessons I have been able to apply in real life.

What should prospective students know about you? I’m about having fun and understanding the fundamentals of boxing.

What can students expect from your classes? To get in a good workout, have good comradery, and learn the sweet science (and art) of boxing.

What can we find you doing when you’re not at the gym? I like to hang out with my wife and kids, do home projects, and study boxing fights.
